About SCF:

Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) is a rights-based organization working for the empowerment of marginalized communities, especially women and youth, in Sindh. SCF has led several innovative programs to improve occupational safety and climate resilience among informal women agricultural workers.

RFP Overview:

SCF invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement and distribution of 1,500 Climate Safety Kits for women cotton workers in Sanghar and Matiari districts. The assignment includes procurement, packaging, field delivery, and support in orientation sessions.

Each kit must include:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Registered business entity with relevant procurement/distribution experience
• Proven track record in humanitarian/public health supplies
• Capacity to implement across rural Sindh
• Gender- and climate-sensitive product knowledge

• Company Profile and Registration Documents
• Technical Proposal (with sourcing, QA, delivery)
• Sealed Financial Proposal
• Past experience (3 references)
• Environmental sustainability plan
