2. General Position Summary

Based in Ghizer GB, the Reporting Officer will work under the supervision of the Project Manager.

The Reporting officer is responsible for managing all the reporting requirements of the FFA cash-based transfers project to donor and Base office KP. The reporting officer shall work closely with the project manager and field teams to ensure quality project reporting.

In addition, s/he may be called upon to carry out surveys, participatory needs assessments or any other activity that may be deemed necessary.

3. Essential Job Function

-        Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports according to the schedule agreed with donor and Base office.

-        Develop monthly narrative progress report for the donor.

-        Develop monthly cash disbursement report for the donor.

-        Compile and consolidate project data and information on FFA live platform.

-        Develop and share daily cash disbursement reports with donor.

-        Consolidate project output data summary reports and share with the Base office and donor.

-        Compile case studies and share with donor.

-        Ensure project visibility and support team is compilation of IEC material developed for the project.

-        Represent SIF and project team at different coordination meetings.

-        Prepare meeting minutes and disseminate among teams, donor and country office staff.

-        Compile and share weekly work plans with country office.

-        Ensure reporting on SITREP and PMP prescribed formats regarding project progress to country office.

-        Ensure reporting on all formats shared by donor for project reporting.

-        Maintain and organize repository of all project documents.

-        Facilitate and coordinate field visits by country office team and donor.

-        Any other task assigned by the supervisor/line manager.

4. REQUIREMENTS

 

 

 

 

Education:  

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

 

 

Experience:

Three to four years of experience in the social sector organizations; preferably in international organizations.

 

 

Languages:     

Fluency in the English Urdu and local language.

 

 

Knowledge:                         Good written skills and experience in writing reports.  

                                           Knowledge and experience in providing presentations and written reports

    

Supervisory Responsibility: N/A

  • Works Directly With:  Flood Affected Communities
