A Development Sector Organization, for its office in Islamabad, is seeking a suitable candidate to fill the
position listed below. Required qualification and job responsibilities are as follows;

Education:

• Minimum 16 years of education in SocialSciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related discipline.

Skills:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Research preferably in development sector.
• Strong skills in data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of monitoring frameworks, tools, and field data collection.
• Conduct project monitoring and evaluation visits, compile reports, and highlight key findings.
• Assist in research activities, including surveys, data analysis, and documentation of lessons learned to inform program design and policy.
• Manage data entry, cleaning, and validation in MIS/Excel systems.
• Assist in preparing reports, case studies, success stories, and knowledge products.

Age:

• Maximum age limit - 45 Years.

Salary:

• PKR 120,000 per month, along with standard perks and privileges
