Job Description:

The HR Intern will provide support for carrying out all the activities and functions pertaining to human resource management within the agreed terms and conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of staff personal files
  • Assist with staff e-filing
  • Support in updating the Human Resource Management (HRM) system
  • Liaison with the regional offices for data completion required for HRM and staff personal files, and respond to the queries and requests as appropriate
  • Provide support in staff addendum and contract issuance
  • Carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Graduation .
  • Preferably local
  • Ready to work immediately
