Job Description:
The HR Intern will provide support for carrying out all the activities and functions pertaining to human resource management within the agreed terms and conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of staff personal files
- Assist with staff e-filing
- Support in updating the Human Resource Management (HRM) system
- Liaison with the regional offices for data completion required for HRM and staff personal files, and respond to the queries and requests as appropriate
- Provide support in staff addendum and contract issuance
- Carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Graduation .
- Preferably local
- Ready to work immediately
