We are Seeking qualified candidate for the following role
Business Development Specialist & Trainer (BMS)
Qualification Requirements

Education/Training: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Agriculture, or a related field. PhD preferred.

Language: Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.

General Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, financial management, MSME training, or private sector development.

Specific Professional Experience: Proven track record in designing and delivering business management training programs for MSMEs (minimum 5 assignments).

Professional Experience in Pakistan: At least 5 years of relevant project work within Pakistan.

Development Cooperation Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working on development cooperation projects.

Other:

Experience with digital learning tools, remote training platforms, and knowledge-sharing methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to integrate gender-sensitive approaches in training design and delivery.
Job Description
-
Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) with respect to Business Management Skills (BMS).
-
Develop curriculum and training modules on BMS to ensure clarity, relevance, and effectiveness.

Design and structure training sessions that address key aspects of business planning, financial management, and MSME growth.

Deliver training sessions for MSMEs, providing expert guidance and practical insights.

Support the development of content for digital learning videos on BMS.
-
Conduct research related to MSMEs in the potato and citrus value chains.
-
Integrate gender-sensitive approaches into training content, delivery, and methodology.

Contribute to knowledge-sharing, remote training, and the use of digital learning tools.
