Project Title: Sindh Legal Advisory Call Center (SLACC)

Consultancy Title: Promoting SLACC to Instagram and TikTok followers across Pakistan

0. Background

The Legal Aid Society (LAS) is a not-for-profit and non-governmental organization to ensures accessible, effective, and expedient justice for marginalized and underprivileged communities across Pakistan. Since its establishment in 2013 under the visionary leadership of Justice (R) Nasir Aslam Zahid, a former Judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, LAS has been working in three (03) different thematic streams; Access to Justice, Gender & Child Security, and Climate Resilience, Sustainability, & Security to empower communities and create a long-lasting impact to transform lives and judicial system.

From 1st of July, 2018, LAS embarked upon a landmark public-private partnership with the ‎Government of Sindh through its Law Department to continue services of its Call Centre ‎under the name of the Sindh Legal Advisory Call Center (SLACC). Staffed by High Court-enrolled lawyers, the Sindh Legal Advisory Call Center (SLACC) is Pakistan’s first toll-free helpline providing free legal advice to citizens from Pakistan. In view of the aforesaid, LAS is seeking the help of influencers and celebrities to help spread the name of SLACC, especially across Sindh.

2. Scope of Consultancy and Expected Outcomes:

The scope of work and corresponding outputs/deliverables will be as follows:

Deliverable 01:

Create endorsement content for SLACC and its newly developed legal advisory chatbot, NAZ Assist, after visiting the SLACC call center.

Deliverable 02:

Post the videos in a ‘reel ’ format across their social media handles, such as their Instagram profile and Facebook among others.

3. Project Timeline & Payment Schedule

This consultancy's period will be from 15^th April 2025 to 30^th April 2025.

Required Social Media Metrics:

• 200k plus Instagram followers
• 150k plus TikTok followers
• High engagement rate on his videos, with at least 50k plus likes on one of his videos.

6. Confidentiality & Work Product: 

It is agreed that any documentation made accessible to the Consultant whether verbally or in writing is confidential. The Consultant will hold such information in confidence and will use it solely for the purpose of providing services. The Consultant further agrees not to disclose confidential information to any third party, natural or legal, without LAS’ prior written consent.

• Exchange of money, employment, goods or services for sex, including sexual favors or other forms of humiliating, degrading or exploitative behavior, is prohibited. This includes any exchange of assistance that is due to beneficiaries of assistance;
• Sexual relationships between LAS staff and beneficiaries of assistance, since they are based on inherently unequal power dynamics,undermine the credibility and integrity of the work of LAS and are strongly discouraged.
