About Pathfinder:
Pathfinder International supports access to sexual and reproductive health services, aiming for a world where everyone can thrive.

Background:
With UNFPA’s support, Pathfinder and the Women Development Department (WDD), Sindh, developed a dashboard for the Women Helpline (1094) to manage GBV complaints. The system needs upgradation to enhance functionality, data safety, and compliance with international GBV standards.

Objective:
To upgrade and enhance the existing GBV complaint management system and align it with GBVIMS standards.

Scope of Work:

• Assess and upgrade existing database/dashboard
• Add new modules (online registration, status tracking, SMS/Email alerts, reporting, reminders, user rights management, etc.)
• Ensure data privacy and real-time integration
• Provide user manual, training, and 3-month post-completion support

Deliverables & Payment:

• 20%: Contract signing, orientation, work plan
• 30%: Completion of Tasks 1–7
• 30%: Completion of Tasks 8–17
• 20%: Completion of Tasks 18–21 and handover (including source code)

Budget Ceiling: PKR 1,500,000/-
Timeline: Maximum 3 months

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10+ years’ relevant experience of Firm
• Expertise in complaint management systems, web development, and client-focused solutions
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
